Replace Beer with Books this Crawl

IMAG0902In Reno, Beer Crawls are popular, and often times themed. Whether you like vampires, superheroes or even santas, there’s a crawl for that. Are there (fun) crawls without beer? You better believe it!

The Nevada Humanities Literary Crawl is an annual event that celebrates the rich literary talent in our state. There are notable Nevada authors speaking at popular venues throughout Downtown Reno. There are live readings of fiction, non‐fiction and poetry. You can buy books, meet other fellow readers and revel in the celebration of all things literature! Not to mention, by having the crawl at different venues in Reno, you have the opportunity to visit restaurants and shops you never have before!

These crawls are planned and orchestrated by Nevada Humanities. Nevada Humanities celebrates Nevada’s culture and heritage, and you better believe that also means books. There are an assortment of special programs and organizations can even apply for grants. With those busy schedules, they even plan the Literary Crawls!

Visit the Nevada Humanities website for more information and stay tuned for the Literary Crawls which happen in Reno each Spring!

I am immensely pleased with the work provided by Jenny Perry and Krystal Pyatt of Pypeline Editing. As a first time author, they were in constant contact with me, answering all of my questions, keeping me apprised of where we were in the process at all times, which allowed us to finish ahead of schedule. I look forward to working with them again in the future.”
